We highly recommend joining an exercise class especially designed for antenatal or postnatal mums.
- The instructor will know all about what your body has been through and what it needs to do.
- They will be able to check your exercise technique and help you progress quickly.
- Most importantly (especially if you pay in advance) you will keep yourself accountable to your health goals and give yourself proper permission to stop and care for yourself.
