Amanda Savage
Clinic Founder & Lead Physiotherapist
Amanda Savage qualified in 1993 from Addenbrooke’s Hospital School of Physiotherapy, Cambridge, and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Community and Public Health at the University of Cambridge.
Her career includes extensive NHS experience at St George’s Hospital in London and Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, as well as four years working at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town.
Amanda is a full member of the Professional Network of Pelvic, Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) and a fully qualified APPI Pilates Instructor. She combines deep clinical expertise with a compassionate, practical approach to help clients regain confidence, control and comfort.
Amanda works one-to-one with men and women to ease symptoms such as bladder or bowel problems, prolapse, and pelvic or intimate pain. Her appointments offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on and create a plan that works for you. This might include:

Christiana Heinz
Musculoskeletal, Osteoporosis & Menopause Specialist
Christiana Heinz is an experienced musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist who qualified in 1992. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked in Germany, Australia and the UK across both NHS and private settings.
Her clinical expertise includes treating a wide range of MSK conditions, with a particular focus on lower back, hip, pelvic and shoulder pain. As an APPI-qualified Pilates matwork and reformer instructor, she blends physiotherapy and Pilates to support safe, effective rehabilitation and long-term strength.
Christiana has developed a special interest in supporting women through the perimenopause and beyond, helping them optimise their menopause health by addressing joint or tendon issues, exploring nutrition and hormone balance, and using exercise as medicine.
A typical one-hour session may include:

Christiana is also a registered Menopause Movement coach, bringing together her physiotherapy expertise and compassionate, whole-body approach to help women feel strong, supported and confident through every stage of life.
Lauren Jordan
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist & Pilates for Mums Specialist
Lauren Jordan qualified in 2013 from Sheffield Hallam University and worked for many years in the NHS, specialising in surgical care and rehabilitation at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and Nottingham University Hospital.
She holds postgraduate qualifications in the management of pelvic floor dysfunction (POGP) and Pilates matwork and reformer teaching (APPI). As a triathlete herself, Lauren brings a unique understanding of how to guide women back to high-level exercise with confidence and safety after pregnancy.
Lauren helps women thrive through pregnancy and return to full health, fitness and sport after birth. Her one-to-one sessions are individually tailored and may include:
