If you’re recovering from injury or managing ongoing pelvic or musculoskeletal issues, 1:1 sessions offer the perfect bridge between rehabilitation and regular classes.
Our specialist physio-pilates instructor Christiana Heinz offers combined Physio & Pilates appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, helping you restore strength and confidence safely.
